Are your products 100% natural and toxin-free?
Yes, all our products, including cast iron, clay, and neem wood items, are made from 100% natural materials and are completely free from harmful chemical coatings like PFOA or PTFE.
How do I season my cast iron cookware?
Most of our cast iron products come pre-seasoned with vegetable oil. To maintain them, simply wash with mild soap, dry completely, and apply a thin layer of cooking oil before storing.
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, you can expect delivery within 3 to 7 business days.
Do you offer a return or exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging if they are received in a damaged condition or if the wrong item was delivered.
Can I use your cookware on an induction cooktop?
Our cast iron and stainless steel ranges are induction-friendly. However, clay pots and pure copper items are designed for gas stoves or traditional heating methods only.
